Estbirding kutsub kõiki vanu ja uusi võistkondi selle-aastasele linnurallile Estonian Open!

Sel aastal toimub pärast rallit kokkuvõtete tegemine Luua Metsanduskoolis. Esmalt koguneme ühiseks õhtusöögiks klubiruumis kell 18.00. Ralli kokkuvõtete tegemisega alustame samas ruumis kell 19.00 ning ruum on meie kasutuses edasiseks sotsiaalseks kasutamiseks südaööni.
Osavõtumaks on 35 eurot osaleja kohta. Osavõtumaks sisaldab õhtusööki (põhiroog, magustoit, kohv/tee) ja tervitusjooki. Täiendavad suupisted ja joogid palume osalejatel vastavalt oma soovile ise kaasa võtta (kohapeal ostmise võimalust ei ole).
Peale rallit on Luual võimalik ööbida hinnaga 31 eurot / inimene (sisaldab hommikusööki). Selleks on vajalik ööbimissoovi lisamine linnurallile registreerimisel ning ööbimise eest tasumine Estbirding kontole hiljemalt 30.07.2024. Majutus on kahestes tubades, ühes korteris 2-3 tuba.
Osalevatel võistkondadel palume linnurallile registreeruda hiljemalt 30.07.2024 täites selle ankeedi.

Estbirding invites all old and new teams to this year’s bird rally Estonian Open!
Rally Time: Saturday, August 17, 2024, 3:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

This year, after the rally, the debriefing will take place at the Luua Metsanduskool. We will first gather for a joint dinner in the club room at 6:00 p.m. We will start summarizing the rally in the same room at 19:00, and the room will be at our disposal for further social use until midnight.
The participation fee is 35 euros per participant. The participation fee includes dinner (main course, dessert, coffee/tea) and a welcome drink. We ask the participants to bring additional snacks and drinks according to their personal preference (there is no possibility to buy them on site).
It is possible to stay overnight after the rally at Luua, the cost is 31 euros/person (breakfastincluded). To book accommodation you need to add a request while registering for the bird rally and to pay for it to the Estbirding account no later than 30.07.2024. Accommodation is in twin rooms and one apartment has 2-3 rooms.
We ask the participating teams to register for the bird rally by filling out this form no later than 30.07.2024.
